Fixed fee for the complete Search, Secure & Settle service

Your fee is agreed before the search begins and does not increase because your budget or eventual purchase price is higher.

$2,000+ GST*

On engagement

Paid when you appoint Buy with Eliza and begin your Search, Secure & Settle Service

$7,800 + GST*

When you buy

The balance becomes payable when your property purchase contract becomes unconditional.

If you do not reach an unconditional purchase contract, the $7,800 + GST balance is not triggered.

Your engagement operates in renewable three-month periods, giving you a regular opportunity to decide whether you want to continue the search with us.
