Where data discipline meets a love of property

Real estate is an emotional business. Falling in love with a home is the easy part. Knowing the precise value of that home — so you don't overpay or miss out — is where the decision is won or lost.

That is where Eliza comes in.

Eliza spent over 25 years as a leader in Big Data Analytics, operating at the highest levels of corporate decision-making across Asia. In that world, one wrong number could cost millions. She learned that while intuition is valuable, data is the truth.

But alongside that career, Eliza had another passion. Since early adulthood she has been deeply immersed in the property market — buying and selling her own portfolio, tracking every suburb, auction result, and price movement with the same rigour she applied to her corporate work.

Upon returning to Australia, Eliza saw a gap. Home buyers were making enormous financial decisions based on gut feeling, or worse — guided by selling agents whose entire incentive is to maximise the vendor's price, not protect the buyer.

She realised she could close that gap.  And so Buy With Eliza was born.
